Common questions before and after joining
How do I join?
Use DZSA Launcher or the Steam DayZ launcher. Search for Azoic or direct connect with the server IP shown on the Join Server page.
Why are my mods not loading?
Let the launcher download the full mod list. If you still crash, close DayZ, repair the mods in your launcher, then try again.
How do homes work?
Buy a house license, stand near the house door, and use the F menu to claim it. Your home can store items, lock doors, and act as your respawn point.
Why did my home stay open?
If you leave your doors open, players can walk in until you close them or the server reboots. After reboot, claimed homes close and lock again.
How do I store a vehicle?
Drive the vehicle first so it registers to you. Park near a fuel station, empty the vehicle inventory, then use the fuel station menu to store it.
Why did vehicle storage fail?
Most likely the vehicle still had items inside, was not registered to you, or was too far from the fuel station point. Empty it and move closer.
Do Guardian kills count for quests?
No. If a quest requires infected kills, you need to make the kill yourself. The Guardian can help you survive, but it will not complete that type of objective for you.
Where do I get help?
Use Discord for support, bug reports, rule issues, and updates. Bring screenshots or clips when you can. It makes problems easier to fix.
